About this training

Summary 
If your organization has just received funding for a new RHY program or is in the first year of federal funding to serve runaway and homeless youth, you are invited to participate in this Q & A session. This opportunity would also be helpful for new program managers, executives, or grant specialists unfamiliar with FYSB requirements.

Objectives

  • Participants will hear an overview of FYSB and Office of Grants Management (OGM) structure and key personnel with contact information. 
  • Participants will hear an overview of the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act as reauthorized in 2008 and the Final Rule published in January 2017. 
  • Participants will hear an overview of the Runaway and Homeless Youth Program Network (RHYPN).
